I really enjoy this All Natural Organic Instant Green Tea Powder, not so much for the taste (I put it in my smoothies, so they taste like the green tea, as well as whatever other strong flavor I put in the smoothie), nor am I particularly thrilled by the fact that the tea dissolves so easily, because it doesn't (my high-powered blender mixes it up pretty fast, though), but I certainly do like it for the way it makes me feel after I drink it. Some days I hardly have enough energy to blow out a candle, but when I drink this instant green tea--just one teaspoon full, and I turn into a human dynamo. The really great thing about that is that I don't have any type of feelings of anxiety or the doldrums several hours later. As the day draws to a close and the effect wears off, I feel a natural tiredness, not the feeling of being in limbo that I get with some energy products. This allows me to be able sleep well after completing a productive day's work. About the buy one get one free--I thought that was such a bargain, but one of my siblings came to my house for a brief visit, and when they left, so did the unopened package of green tea that I got for free:)
