I like these little lemon slice drip catchers a lot. They work perfectly. Trouble is, over time the soft mesh becomes stained from the tea that it absorbs. I wash them often, and have tried without success to remove the stain with various cleaners (dishwasher, oxy, etc.). I drink tea almost every day, so have learned to accept that these things really are quite cheap and so it makes sense to order a quantity of them (3-4) and simply replace one when the staining becomes too noticeable. Someday, scientists will finally develop a stain-free teapot drip catcher. What a day that will be!
