I am not a tea drinker...at all! I was really hesitant to order a tea product. I have been researching herbal treatments for menstral issues. I really do not want to go back on the pill (because I want a baby now) just to try to regulate my cycles. The research that I have done suggests that teas are much safer than pills as far as herbal remedies go. I have been drinking this tea for four days now. It is suprisingly good. I add 2 sugar in the raw packets and that is all. I only drink 1 cup per day, but I plan to start drinking 2 a day. The directions say 3-4 times a day. I haven't noticed any difference but it's only been a couple of days. Herbal supplements typically take 2-6 months for results. I am also reducing my caffeine intake, exercising, and eating healthier. I am hoping that everything conbined will help. Regardless, the tea is good. I didn't give it a 5 star because it is still tea. If I see some results in a few months I will update my review and possibly change the stars.
