I'm very pleased with the decaf hazelnut. Smooth with a nice amount of hazelnut - not so much that it is overwhelming, but not so light that you can't appreciate the flavor. Hits the perfect middle spot.

It works fine in a Senseo if you use the two pod holder. It's a bit too thick for the one pod - tried it, but I was worried that I'd break the hinge since you have to use a lot of force to close the machine. Switched to the two pod holder and it worked fine. Nice amount of foam on the top as well.

I brew using one pod and the two cup setting since I prefer flavored coffee to be on the lighter side. You'll want to use the one cup setting if you prefer stronger coffee.

(As an aside to those who like to make their own pods or use the My k-cup attachment: the ground decaf Melitta works very well for both applications. Just the right level of fineness to get a good, strong cup of coffee.)

My only quibble is that the pods are individually wrapped. Yes, I'm sure that helps keep them fresher longer, but I hate to see all that wasteful packaging. One of the things I like about the Senseo pods is that they are fully compostable. It bugs me to have to toss all that wrapping, plus it requires a larger box, which again wastes packaging. The regular Senseo pods are not individually wrapped, and I've never had a problem with them going stale (I put them into an air-tight canister when I open up the pack).

But, packaging aside, this is a great choice if you like hazelnut decaf. Highly recommend.
