I prefer a light roast coffee and this is a good one. Flavor is good. Individually wrapped pods are easy to open, preserve freshness, and fit well in the Senseo.

I generally add some milk and Torani Sugar Free syrup to a cup, warm in the microwave, froth with a mechanical frother and place on the Senseo to add coffee to make what I consider to be a decent cappuccino not too high in calories.
